SM-2101-1H / SM-2101-2H is a filling machine designed for medium-volume powder dosing into bottles or jars. It can be integrated with an automatic production line including a feeding system, capping machine, and labeling machine. The stainless steel one-piece auger set serves as the core metering component. Different auger types are selected based on powder characteristics, fill weight, and container size to achieve precise and stable dosing.
The auger and hopper feature a quick-release design for easy disassembly and reassembly, enhancing production efficiency and cleaning convenience. The hopper is polished inside and out and angled to eliminate dead corners, ensuring smooth material flow and hygienic standards.
