Control System


The STS-01LQ-R control system is equipped with top-quality control components from Japan, Europe, and the USA to ensure smooth and stable operation. It features a user-friendly touch-screen HMI that meets various operational needs and includes 10 built-in production memory modules for easy setup production. It also includes an abnormality detection function that automatically halts the machine in case of any issues, displaying the fault point on the screen and flashing warning lights to alert operators troubleshooting.

Machine Construction Machine structure is made of stainless steel SUS304 and aluminum alloy. Material contact parts are made of stainless steel (Standard 304 / Optional 316).

Control Features
  1. Driven by PLC, servo motor, and pneumatic cylinders to provide higher stability of performance.
  2. HMI touch screen facilitates operational control and offers 10 memory modules for storing various product settings. To switch between production modules, simply input the corresponding code number.
  3. Equipped with an automatic detection system. If any error occurs, this machine will stop and display the error points on the screen.
