TS-1625 / TS-2435 Powder vertical form fill seal machine designed for producing pillow bags or gusset bags. It is suitable for a wide range of powders, including cocoa powder, coffee powder, tea powder, milk powder, grain powder, spice seasoning powder, chemical powders, and medicine powders.
Utilizes an integrated stainless steel auger assembly as the metering tool, achieving precise and stable powder filling by selecting different types of auger assemblies based on powder characteristics, filling weight, and container size. The quick-release design of the auger assembly and storage hopper allows for easy disassembly and installation, improving production efficiency and cleaning convenience. Additionally, the highly polished storage hopper is designed with specific angles to ensure a seamless, dead-angle-free surface.
The TS-1625 / TS-2435 control system is equipped with top-quality control components from Japan, Europe, and the USA to ensure smooth and stable operation. It features a user-friendly touch-screen HMI that meets various operational needs and includes 10 built-in production memory modules for easy setup. Additionally, it includes an abnormality detection function that automatically halts the machine in case of any issues, displaying the fault point on the screen and flashing warning lights to alert operators for troubleshooting.
