Automatic Powder Premade Pouch Packing Machine

PM4-3035A is designed for automatic filling and sealing of powder products in preformed pouches. It integrates pouch feeding, opening, auger dosing, sealing, and finished pouch discharge into one compact system.
The machine is suitable for stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, three-side seal pouches, gusseted pouches, and other premade pouch formats. It is widely used for food powders, nutritional powders, seasoning powders, chemical powders, pharmaceutical powders, and similar powder products.

Auger Filler Advantage


The auger dosing system provides stable and consistent powder filling. The one-piece stainless steel auger is durable and can be selected according to the filling weight and powder characteristics.
The hopper and filling tools are designed for easy removal, making cleaning, maintenance, and product changeover more convenient. Filling accuracy can be adjusted based on powder flowability, bulk density, filling weight, and auger configuration.

Pick-Fill-Seal (PFS) Machine Features

  • Automatic pouch feeding, opening, filling, sealing, and discharge in one machine. No-pouch-no-fill and pouch-opening-failure detection help reduce powder waste and keep the machine clean.
  • Quick adjustment for different pouch sizes. Pouch feeding, opening, clamping, and sealing positions can be adjusted for different pouch formats and product specifications.
  • Optional dust control device helps reduce powder contamination around the pouch opening and sealing area, improving sealing quality and package cleanliness.
  • The sealing system uses PID temperature control for precise heat adjustment with different pouch materials, including laminated film, PE film, aluminum foil pouches, and zipper pouches. It helps create a clean package appearance with tight and reliable sealing.

Control System


The PM4-3035A uses high-quality control components, including PLC, servo motors, and pneumatic cylinders, to support stable operation during continuous production. A touchscreen HMI allows operators to set parameters based on product type, pouch size, and packaging requirements.
Multiple product memory settings help reduce changeover time. The system also includes fault detection. In case of pouch shortage, pouch opening failure, low powder level, or other abnormal conditions, the machine can stop automatically, display the fault message, and activate the warning light.
