The TS-1625 and TS-2435 utilizes linear scale metering in combination with a vertical packaging machine to produce large bag products. The TS-1625 and TS-2435 control system is equipped with top-quality control components from Japan, Europe, and the USA to ensure smooth and stable operation. It features a user-friendly touch-screen HMI that meets various operational needs and includes 10 built-in production memory modules for easy setup production. It also includes an abnormality detection function that automatically halts the machine in case of any issues, displaying the fault point on the screen and flashing warning lights to alert operators troubleshooting.
