  • Servo motor controlled film pulling system minimizes film loss and enhances molding precision.
  • Eye mark sensor ensures precise cutting position, adjustable via HMI touch screen.
  • Compact, ergonomic design for effortless and safe operation during packaging material installation/replacement.

Control System


The STS-01LQ control system is equipped with top-quality control components from Japan, Europe, and the USA to ensure smooth and stable operation. It features a user-friendly touch-screen HMI that meets various operational needs and includes 10 built-in production memory modules for easy setup production. It also includes an abnormality detection function that automatically halts the machine in case of any issues, displaying the fault point on the screen and flashing warning lights to alert operators troubleshooting.
